We are happy to invite you to our next Regional Group meeting in Amsterdam on 24 April 2024, 2:00 pm.

The most important theme will be the method for determining the cap rate abroad and the methodology. 
During this meeting, we want to discuss how to deal with this and to find common principles in the method.  
Kristiaan Engelman (Cushman & Wakefield), Roderick Smorenburg (CBRE), Richard Boersema (Colliers) and Heiko Muchall (DEutsche Hypo) will present and lead the discussion.

To conclude the afternoon, there will be a dinner at a location to be announced for those who would like to join.

The presentation and discussion will be done in English.
