Since 1999, BaFin has recognised HypZert appraisers as qualified under the Directive on the Monitoring of Large Exposures of Credit Institutions.
The HypZert S and HypZert F certifications are accredited under ISO/IEC 17024. This accreditation remains valid until 3th January 2028, under accreditation number D-ZP-16042-01.
Federal state financial authorities
Valuations by HypZert appraisers are recognised by the financial authorities of all the federal states for the purpose of valuing property for inheritance and gift tax.
