Office | Co-Working

Founded in 2019 as the youngest of the nine professional groups, the group deals in detail with all valuation issues relating to Flexible Office Spaces - a relatively young market segment whose development can still be closely observed. The first publication is already planned for 2020, because the question of how to deal with such spaces in real estate valuation for the financial sector is still quite open. We hope to be able to submit the first proposals to you here soon.
