The focus of the HypZert Professional Group Hospitality & Restaurant Industry is the valuation of real estate in the hotel and lodging industry as well as in (system) gastronomy. In March 2007, the professional group began its work and published the first edition of the study "Valuation of Hotel Properties" in 2008, which has since been published in its 3rd update and is in demand and quoted throughout the industry. However, the professional group has also made a comprehensive statement on the valuation of properties with system catering. A unique study on this segment, which is very often encountered but has not yet been the focus of attention.
