After last year's cancellation, many industry experts are looking forward to the popular meeting place with a different overall situation and a lot of good hope. Therefore, we have also decided to participate again.

Every HypZert valuer knows her very well: Annett Wünsche, Department Head Valuation at the Association of German Pfandbrief Banks (vdp). Having been with the vdp since 2007, she not only knows HypZert inside out, but above all the regulatory basis for the work of HypZert valuers. We are particularly pleased to be able to present her own HypZert story today:

The spring examinations have been completed and we have the pleasure of welcoming 93 newly certified valuers to our HypZert family. A warm welcome!

In 25 years of HypZert, there have been an incredible number of important events. In our series "HypZert Milestones", we would like to present a few selected ones.

Today: Our Accreditation

After more than a year of the pandemic, the HypZert Professional Group Retail has decided to update its short study "Retail Properties during the Corona Crisis", taking into account currently discernible major changes in the retail sector.

Almost every HypZert valuer knows and appreciates him: Michael Debus, Chairman of the Committee of Valuation Experts for the area of the City of Frankfurt a.M. and a long-standing member of HypZert's Board of Examiners.

In 25 years of HypZert there have been an incredible number of important events. In our series "HypZert Milestones" we would like to present a few selected ones. Today: The HypZert Professional Groups.

IVSC publishes the IVS Agenda Consultation Proposed Agenda and Summary of Responses.
The purpose of the consultation was to solicit feedback on the valuation topics that the IVSC should address as part of its forward agenda, and additional valuation topics that stakeholders feel should be prioritised or added.

In the previous articles in our statement series, only certified HypZert valuers had their say. Today we pass the baton to Manuel Jahn, Head of Business Development at Habona Invest GmbH in Hamburg and a long-standing member of the HypZert Professional Group Retail. 

The webinar will serve to highlight new regulatory requirements impacting the real estate industry, real estate financing and valuation, as well as current trends and developments in various European real estate markets.
