The English translation of the study "Valuation of Retail Properties" by the HypZert Professional Group Retail is now available.

The IVSC has compiled a series of documents from its members and sponsors - international organisations and associations as well as professional valuation service firms. The analyses and guidelines are intended to give valuers more certainty for transparent and reliable valuations in the current turbulent market environment.

The third HypZert SummerCamp as part of the HypZert Student Program was also a great success. More than 40 participants discussed and experienced the professional field of real estate valuation at PlaceOne in Berlin for two days.

The International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) has published the latest edition of the International Valuation Standards (IVS). This version updates IVS 2017 in a number of ways and will become 'effective' in six months' time, from 31 January 2020. The new version as well as the IVS 2017 are available for download in the Valuers Corner.
