Dear HypZert valuers,
As the year draws to a close, contrary to what most of us had probably hoped, the Covid 19 pandemic has continued to have a strong presence in our organisation and our lives. Constant new developments and changing regulations and recommendations made it necessary for us to keep adapting at short notice. Longer-term planning still always comes with a question mark. All the more reason for us to look forward to a little time off and a few contemplative holidays in the company of family and friends.
We would like to look back with you on the past year and thank you for your trust and support.
By now, we easily alternate from office days to work from home, with or without additional childcare, we meet virtually using various platforms, but fortunately also in person again, admittedly with some precautionary measures. This October, finally, many interesting conversations could take place again at our joint stand at the ExpoReal trade fair.
We are very relieved that we were able to organise all written examinations in Berlin and Frankfurt as planned. In total, we can congratulate 149 newly certified HypZert valuers this year – 9 of them are CIS HypZert (MLV) valuers!
A highlight of the year for us was the start of our dual course of study "Business Administration/Real Estate Valuation", which we have created together with Anhalt University of Applied Sciences. In the autumn semester, 17 students started their practice-oriented studies. We would especially like to thank our practice partners who have supported this idea from the beginning and help train the next generation of valuers in their companies!
As you will have noticed, HypZert officially celebrated its 25th birthday on 22 October 2021. A number of long-time companions and friends of HypZert have already accompanied us through the anniversary year with their statements and congratulations. The festive conclusion of the anniversary is supposed to be our Annual Convention. We are planning interesting lectures and networking in a great location - keep your fingers crossed that we will soon be able to celebrate with you in a relaxed atmosphere! We will of course keep you informed.
